Aenor, the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification, hereby certifies that the organization Megaplan SL has implemented an Environmental Management System in compliance with Standard UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 for the activities of the design and production of luminaries carried out in PI El Oliveral, CL. N 46394 – Riba-Roja (Valencia).
Megaplan, through its Quality and Environmental Management System, periodically evaluates the environmental performance. Thanks to the environmental awareness of our staff and the improvement actions taken, this year we have achieved a 22% reduction in paper/cardboard waste, an 11.4% reduction in relative energy consumption and a 13.5% reduction in relative paper consumption compared to the previous year.
ENEC
The ENEC mark certifies the compliance of Megaplan luminaires with European electrical safety standards. ENEC validation is the highest safety guarantee for our luminaires and their components as they are tested in independent, internationally approved ENEC laboratories.
This certification is complementary to the CE marking required by the European market. Therefore, the ENEC mark adds extra quality and an extra guarantee to the essential compliance with the EU directive. ENEC is synonymous with safety and its commitment to high-quality safety standards is recognised throughout the industry at the European level.
CB certificate
These certificates are issued in accordance with the CB scheme, created by the International Electrotechnical Commission, and attest to the compliance of Megaplan luminaires with international IEC electrical safety standards. The CB certificate facilitates the removal of barriers to international trade as it is globally recognised.
